Shipping
MAINLAND UNITED KINGDOM:
Allow 2-3 working day for most items* all shipping charges are by weight starting at £3.50 with a maximum charge of £10. Shipping is free for orders which total £150 or above. These items are automatically sent out as Special Delivery guaranteed by 1pm the next day .if order is placed by 3pm the previous day. SPECIAL DELIVERY is available for all orders if required at an extra cost of £5 please choose this at the checkout if you require this option.

HIGHLAND SCOTLAND, N IRELAND AND CHANNEL ISLANDS:
Shipping is the same as above but we cannot offer next day Special Delivery.

SAME DAY COURIER SERVICE:
This is available for UK only subject to items being in stock. Please email me sue@fantasygirl.co.uk if you require this service.

EUROPE:
Allow 3-4 working days for delivery although most items will be delivered sooner. All shipping charges are by weight starting at £4.50 with a maximum charge of £15. Shipping is free for orders which total £150 or above.

REST OF WORLD:
Please allow 5/6 working days for delivery many items will arrive sooner. All shipping charges are by weight starting at £6.00 with a maximum charge of £20. Shipping is free for orders which total £150 or above

Packaging
All orders are sent out in plain vanilla packages with only a return address, thus Undelivered return to FGL, 127 Dover Rd, Folkestone CT20 1NL UK. We strive to use appropriate packaging which are robust to avoid any items being damaged in the mail. We use ROYAL MAIL for standard sized items and PARCEFORCE for packets.

Discretion
All our packets are unmarked with no indication as to contents. This applies also to International Orders where any Customs information to eg USA is of the material used in the product not the product itself.

Returns Policy
You have the right to cancel the order within 7 days of receiving the goods without giving a reason, a refund less any postage incurred by Fantasy Girl- Lacies will be made. In addition the goods must be returned to us in an unused condition within 18 days of receipt or 21 days from dispatch which ever is the shorter. FGL reserve the right to refund in part the price of the item(s) if the said item(s) have been used or damaged whilst in your possession. Prior to returning the goods you MUST obtain a returns note reference from FGL which must be stated on any accompanying documents or correspondence. Failure to obtain returns note reference will delay the processing of the details. You must ensure that the goods are returned to us using a recorded delivery service at your cost. If the goods are provided in error or are not of merchantable quality FGL will refund the postage cost in addition to any refunds. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. IMPORTANT NOTE
If the product is in perfect condition we will not refund shipping costs and will add £3 admin fee for each packet returned.

Exchanges
If the product such as a pair of Silicone Breastforms are not the correct size we will happily exchange them for a larger or smaller size as requested by you. All we would ask is the extra postage involve in such a transaction. All our postage and shipping costs are non profit making and charged only at an estimated cost. Please return all items in unused condition. We do not however refund or exchange items once they have been used or marked in any way.
